Your notes
Your notes are stored with password protection in this browser on your device. Notepea does not upload their contents to a central notes service or sync them automatically. Export a backup before clearing browser data.
Website connections
Loading the site and checking for updates sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to the hosting server. Dictation is available only when supported on-device recognition is available; downloading a speech model requires your permission.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics runs only if you allow it. It records visits and actions such as editing, saving, importing and exporting. It does not receive note text, document names, files, passwords or recovery codes. Google receives connection information, including your IP address. A random browser identifier may remain for up to 180 days to measure repeat use. Advertising personalization is disabled.
Your choice
Change your choice through Analytics preferences on the home or sign-in screen, or Settings > General. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using Notepea. Keep your device locked when unattended and make backups of important notes.
